This position is based at the head office of a leading national company located in Winnipeg, MB.
Position:
Billing Clerk, Permanent (On-Site)
Reporting To
: AR and Billing Manager
Compensation:
Salary ranges between $40,000 - $48,000, benefits activated at the end of the probationary period.
Specific Responsibilities:
Work alongside account managers to set up billing for new accounts.
Keep management informed of any issues or delays.
Provide support or trouble shooting to the billing team.
Manage billing for National accounts.
Manage monthly recurring billing as well as billing for special requests.
Qualifications:
5 years of billing experience (preferred)
Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Advanced Microsoft Office skills, primarily Excel and billing spreadsheets, Outlook, Teams
Proficient with computers, able to quickly learn new programs.
Good communication skills; both verbal and written
High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
Strong problem-solving skills.
Willingness to advance and take on new challenges and opportunities with the company.
