• Responsible for the billing of rail cars
• Administrative functions including customs paperwork
• Input data in RMI system
• Communicate effectively with internal and external customers
• Follow all regulatory and company policies while performing job functions

Education Requirements \xe2\x80\x93 Knowledge & Skills:

• Post-secondary education (College Diploma or University Degree) would be an asset
• 2-5 years of customer service experience
• Must possess excellent communication skills with a focus on providing superior service to all internal and external customers
• Individuals must be well organized, with proven ability to manage deadlines and priorities
• Strong Computer Skills are essential
• Must be flexible for shift work (days, evenings and weekends)
