Utilize your organizational skills and attention to detail as a Billing Clerk in the Transport industry, available through Robert Half. Based in the Mississauga, Ontario area, this is a great Billing Clerk opportunity with a company in the Transport industry. In this Billing Clerk position, your responsibilities will include reviewing bills and entering data into spreadsheets and accounting software. - Establish financial controls and procedures
- Review, evaluate, and process bills or invoices for services rendered
- Assess billing documents and other data for accuracy and completeness, tracking down missing or correct data when necessary
- Work closely with other functional teams to ensure data quality and accuracy
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills (verbal, written, and listening)

- Bachelor\'s degree in accounting or finance

- Payroll Functions experience

- Microsoft Excel experience required

- Billing experience

- Thorough understanding of spreadsheets, internet applications and ERP systems

- Outstanding data entry skills
