As a Billing Clerk, you will be required to review bills and perform data entry into spreadsheets and accounting software. This position for a long-term contract / temporary Billing Clerk is based in the Kanata, Ontario area.How you will make an impact:-Evaluate, process, and review bills or invoices for services rendered-Operate closely with other functional teams to certify data quality and consistency-Analyze billing documents and other data for accuracy and completeness, obtain missing or correct data when necessary-Institute financial procedures and controls-Experience with high volume data entry-Solid understanding of Accounting Software Systems-Proven knowledge of Accounting Functions-Deep understanding of IBM AS/400-Quality experience with customer service-General familiarity with Claim Administration-Well-founded grasp of Billing Functions-Practical knowledge of Collection Processes-Knowledge of ADP Financial Services-Microsoft Office Suites experience highly desired-Foundational knowledge in Microsoft Excel-Bachelor\'s (BA/BS) degree in accounting or finance- 3+ years of experience in a related role-Strong proficiency with spreadsheets, internet applications and ERP systems-Strong communication skills, both verbally and in writingRobert Half is the world\'s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
