Job Description

We are offering an opportunity for a Billing Clerk to join our team based in Toronto, Ontario. The role involves overseeing our billing operations and contributing to our accounting department.Responsibilities:

• Compile, prepare and send out accurate invoices to clients
• Ensure all billings are issued with correct details promptly
• Keep track of all bills, credits, and debits and maintain accurate records
• Address billing inquiries from both internal and external parties
• Comply with the organization\'s financial policies and procedures to ensure smooth operations
• Assist with additional accounting-related tasks as necessary
• Handle and process customer credit applications efficiently
• Monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions
• Maintain accurate records of customer credit
• Resolve customer inquiries related to billing and credit applications
• Utilize accounting software systems and other relevant tools such as ADP - Financial Services, Computerized Billing, EHR SYSTEM, Epic Software, About Time, Accounting Functions, Accounts Receivable (AR), and Answering Inbound Calls to perform duties effectively
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role as a Billing Clerk
• Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems
• Experience with ADP - Financial Services
• Knowledge of Computerized Billing
• Familiarity with EHR SYSTEM
• Proficient in Epic Software
• Experience with About Time software
• Understanding of Accounting Functions
• Experience in Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Ability to handle Answering Inbound Calls
• Knowledge of Billing Functions
