We are seeking a Billing Clerk for an exciting new role starting immediately in Etobicoke, Ontario. In this Billing Clerk position, you will review bills and perform data entry into spreadsheets and accounting software. How you will make an impact

- Review, process, and evaluate bills or invoices for services rendered
- Dispatch invoices to customers
- Establish financial controls and procedures
- Operate closely with other functional teams to certify data quality and consistency
- Analyze billing documents and other data for accuracy and completeness, obtain missing or correct data when necessary

- 1-3+ years of Billing experience required
- Working knowledge of Accounts Receivables, re-billing, credit, and adjustment processes
- Previous experience using MS Navision preferred (but not required)
- Microsoft Excel experience
- Bachelor\'s (BA/BS) degree in accounting or finance preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills (verbal, written, and listening)
- Excellent data entry skills
- Strong proficiency with spreadsheets, internet applications and ERP systems
