RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Issue daily reports for billing purposes
• Validate invoices and attach purchasing orders
• Enter data into the accounting system
• Prepare and process invoices for clients and support them by assisting with any questions
• Prepare and carry out cash receipts
• Track and follow problematic customer accounts
• Issue and monitor account statements, and ensure that account follow-ups are performed
• Participate in month end and fiscal year end tasks
• Create supplier accounts
• Provide assistance to payroll in matters of governmental and union remittances
• All other related tasks

• Monday to Friday
• Full time and permanent position

• Holds a college degree in Accounting with a minimum of 2 years experience; ideally in a construction environment
• Knowledge of the Maestro accounting system (an asset)
• Fluently bilingual in English and French; both orally and written
• Responsible, autonomous, and meticulous with a strong sense of organization
• Tact and professionalism towards both internal and external partners (clients)
• Able to manage multiple cases at once under short deadlines
• Excellent capacity for learning and initiative spirit
