The impact you will have:

As our Territory Sales Leader, you will lead a world class organization. You will focus on developing, coaching and providing strategic leadership for our inside sales team. This role reports into the Director of Sales for the Canada region.

What you'll do:

  • Lead sales reps to success with a winning strategy: Every great sales organization has two things: an extremely energized, customer-savvy salesforce, and a bold, strategic vision of the market. As our newest Territory Sales Leader, you are responsible for both - fostering the professional growth of your reps, while putting in place the strategies needed to win. You will have the responsibility of your current territory sales team and a new team of 8-9 Account Executives. We will implement a supervisor role for one of your teams allowing you to take a new step in your career!
  • Coach sales professionals to grow the business - and themselves: As our Territory Sale Leader, you lead our Territory Account Executives (TAE's) to success with daily coaching and strategic insights. With your help, they will expand our portfolio of services with existing clients and grow their book of business within an assigned territory. Working in the highly-competitive B2B technology industry, you are laser-focused on ensuring reps hit KPI's, achieve plan and build pipeline. You also shadow calls, help set targets and hire winners, fostering a high-energy, motivational environment. If reps are under-performing, you lead them to overcome obstacles and grow. You also embrace the Challenger Sales mentality, pushing your sellers to bring fresh, compelling and tailored offerings to customers.
  • Shape the strategy and vision of an organization: When not mentoring your team, you are using your sales expertise and business acumen to foster new relationships with our partners, uncover new opportunities and set the larger vision for your team. You are experienced in analyzing sales forecasts, spotting trends and extracting concrete insights from highly-analytical, data-driven reports. You also develop a deep understanding of our industry, always keen to learn more about what your customers want, and why.
What you'll bring to the table:
  • Experience managing an inside sales team.
  • 2+ years sales experience with a technology reseller, vendor or distributor, in a telephone based sales environment.
  • Fully bilingual in English & French.
  • Proven capacity to deliver measurable impact, be analytical and consistently meet quota.
  • Additional leadership experience, such as sports coaching or volunteering, is considered.
  • Highschool diploma or equivalent, preferred.
