We're looking for a sharp, high-energy Talent Sourcing Specialist, fully bilingual (EN/FR), to help drive top-of-funnel talent engagement for key client accounts. You'll play a critical role in sourcing, identifying, and connecting with exceptional candidates across diverse markets -- ensuring our recruitment team has a steady flow of qualified talent ready to engage. This role is a diverse one. Your focus is to partner with your many internal clients and own the full-cycle Quebec recruiting process as well as recruit and select amazing people to work on the many different, national client programs at Encore.
This is a contract position for an individual who thrives on outreach, relationship-building, and fast-paced results.

Your Experience:
In addition to everything outlined in "The Perfect Person for the Role",
1-3 years of recruiting experience is preferred
Fluent in both French and English is a must
Ability to work 100% from a home-based office
Proficiency with the MS Office Suite of products, with an expertise in PowerPoint, in particular, and intermediate level Excel skills including working with Pivot Tables
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, namely Taleo Business Edition is preferred but not required
The ability to cultivate collaborative internal and external relationships through leadership, influence and impact
Amazing oral and written communication skills
Post-secondary education preferably in HR and working towards your HR designation is preferred
A strong attention to detail and very high work standards
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Ability to travel overnight within Canada to attend/present training sessions
