WHAT THIS ROLE ENTAILS AND HOW YOU'LL CONTRIBUTE



The

Talent Acquisition Recruiter

plays a critical role focused on matching top talent with open roles at Hallmark, as well as identifying a pipeline of talent for future openings. The Recruiter is responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process, from consulting on the opening, to posting the job, sourcing/screening, guiding the interview process, and making the offer. Additionally, the Recruiter is accountable for all the candidate and hiring manager communications, touchpoints, and relationships throughout. This role is client-facing with hiring managers and candidates and is in close partnership with HR Business Partners and the Talent Acquisition team. This role is also accountable for the development, execution and communication of strategies, policies, practices, and processes necessary to achieve goals. This role includes both developing the marketing and sourcing strategies as well as ongoing process enhancement, execution and vendor management as assigned. The focus of this role is on hiring external talent, though collaboration on the 'build, borrow, buy' Talent Acquisition model is also expected.



BASIC QUALIFICATIONS




The following is required to be considered for this role:


Bachelor's degree, certification as a Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP), or 4+ years professional work experience Minimum of 2 years of HR, recruiting, talent development, coaching/advising, consulting, or experience in a functional role in the line/s of business this role will support Bilingual (English and French) with ability to speak and write in both languages



PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS




Your resume will stand out if you have:


Bachelor's degree, CHRP, and/or Registered Professional Recruiter (RPR), Certified Talent Management Practitioner (CTMP), HR Certification Institute (HRCI), Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM) or Certified People Sourcing Professional (CPSP) 3 years' human resources experience, ideally in the talent acquisition space Experience recruiting for multi-functional organizations with a range of client groups and talent needs Experience supporting high volume requisition activity in a fast-paced environment Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems and exposure to back-end processes (background checks, offer development, relocation practices, interview techniques, etc.) Strong rapport-building skills with diverse clients, vendors and supplier-partners Proven success in contributing to team-oriented environments Demonstrated history of consistently delivering results across multiple clients in Prior experience with technology solutions to monitor and pay temp workers, such as: Fieldglass (VMS) Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced work environment Strong verbal and written skills



ADDITIONAL DETAILS



The salary range for this job is between $53,500 and $89,160. Salary will take into consideration several factors including location.
