Requirements:
PROJECT DESCRIPTION
As a Senior Business Analyst, your role will consist of analyzing business needs, documenting requirements and change requests, and translating business terms into technical terms. You will liaise with T&I's various development teams within the corporate solutions portfolio. You will also lead workshops to identify needs, help partners clarify their vision, identify opportunities for improvements, and document options in a clear and consistent manner.

Given the fast-paced nature of our business, you will have to operate within tight deadlines in an evolving environment, ensuring that processes are optimized according to best practices while demonstrating the ability to proactively research and analyze opportunities using resources and tools at your disposal.

ACTIVITIES:
The Senior Business Analyst is responsible for the following components:
? Define and document problem/opportunity statements and measures of success.
? Collaborate with stakeholders in gathering information using both qualitative and quantitative approaches, documenting and analyzing their requirements to understand current business processes and proposing solutions based on findings
? Build recommendations based on data analysis, research and user feedback to ensure recommendations optimally meet business objectives.
? Analyze and distill data to validate requirements, assess impact of possible and proposed solutions, and provide a recommended course of action.
? Provide guidance and engagement with stakeholders around change management initiatives.

? Ensure alignment, commonality and shared understanding among and between business units to foster collaboration and a cohesive approach to achieving shared goals
? Initiate, lead and conduct meetings with both internal and external stakeholders
? Contribute to creating and maintaining various test/validation scripts based on clients' business processes and perform application testing to ensure that the application complies with corporation requirements.

Qualifications:
SERVICE REQUIREMENTS - QUALIFICATIONS
To fulfill this role, the Senior Business Analyst must have the following qualifications:
? You ideally have post-secondary education in computer science, or have an adequate combination of education, training and professional experience.
? You bring between three to five years of experience in a role requiring in-depth analytical skills.
? You have acquired knowledge in gathering requirements, documentation and analysis methodology
? You are outcome-oriented and comfortable challenging assumptions in order to surface optimal workflows.
? You can derive and present business insights from quantitative and qualitative data to understand user behaviour and motivations, and apply these insights to improve the change management process.
? You have a proven ability to collaborate with partner teams to ensure the successful implementation of new workflows, processes, and systems.
? You show excellent communication and interpersonal skills which allow you to conduct discussions with all stakeholders and thrive in a collaborative environment.
? You employ analytical skills, curiosity and open-mindedness when looking for solutions.
? You are empathetic, flexible, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities.
? Mandatory: You are proficient in both English and French (spoken and written).
? You are able to travel occasionally across Canada.
