We are looking for a driven, detail-oriented individual to join our company as Sr. Business Analyst. As part of our Supply Chain team, you will engage closely with our PMO, Finance and vendor SPOCs to meticulously plan supply of network material. Recently we have implemented Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process with an aim to transform supply chain operations and to make IBP process successful, you will act as a Single Point of Contact for Supply Planning. You will be responsible optimize the inventory and help business meet their objectives successfully.

What you\'ll be doing:

Work as a SPOC for the assigned group of vendors to ensure timely supply of forecast and track the ETAs

Provide inputs to supply planning and provide analysis to support the process of planning

Monitoring and reporting of vendor ETAs against the locked forecast/POs

Help identify the gaps in the vendors deliver schedules vs demand, develop, and maintain reports for stakeholders

Participate in weekly meetings hosted by vendor SPOCs, to understand the vendor promised dates against the ETAs, incorporate risks in the supply plan

Liaison with network PMO team to have deep understanding of demand drivers and update the supply based on business priorities.

Share forecast with vendors monthly, track feedback from vendors and report it back to stakeholders

Track and report KPIs for inventory management and vendor scorecard

Conduct month end variance analysis to explain the drivers for the delta between actual receipts and the monthly forecast.

You should have:

A Bachelor\'s degree, with 5-7 years of experience in developing models, with an experience of supply planning in a large corporation.

Four or more years of experience in the business analyst role.

Experience in developing scenarios to support leadership team to make effective decisions.

Strong skills to develop reports and making presentations to senior leadership teams

Strong analytical skills and passionate to tell story from numbers.

Flexibility to take new responsibilities as needed by the business.
