We are expanding our North American sales team and seeking a

Bilingual (Spanish-English) Inside Sales Representative

to support our

U.S. and Latin American markets

.

Position Overview



The Inside Sales Representative will manage inbound and outbound communications with med spas, clinics, and distributors in both English and Spanish. The successful candidate must possess excellent communication and presentation skills, demonstrate a strong sales drive, and be able to

travel to the U.S.

to participate in

international trade shows

and

client meetings

.

Key Responsibilities



Manage inbound inquiries and proactively reach out to leads, clinics, and distributors. Present and promote CPMT Laser's technologies (Alexandrite, Nd:YAG, CO?, EMS, and others).

Travel periodically to the U.S.

for

trade shows, exhibitions, and on-site presentations

. Conduct bilingual online product demonstrations and webinars. Maintain CRM records, track leads, and manage the sales pipeline. Follow up consistently with prospects to convert leads into customers. Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to support campaigns and client onboarding. Represent CPMT Laser with professionalism and product expertise.

Qualifications



Fluent in both Spanish and English

(verbal and written). Minimum

2 years of experience

in inside sales, preferably in the

medical or aesthetic device

industry. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Strong organizational and follow-up abilities. Ability to

travel internationally (especially to the U.S.)

as required. Proficient with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, or Pipedrive). Comfortable using Zoom, GoTo, and Google Workspace. Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently or in a team environment.

Preferred



Previous experience in

aesthetic equipment or medical technology sales

. Familiarity with the

U.S. and Latin American aesthetic markets

. Experience attending or coordinating

major trade shows

(e.g., Medica, IMCAS, Vegas Aesthetic Show).
