Job Summary:
The Bilingual Sourcer is responsible for the front-end candidate pipeline creation and candidate qualification screening. As more fully described in the essential job functions below, this role is primarily responsible for sourcing and prescreening, candidates to be interviewed and considered for TEKsystems customer requisitions by TEKsystems recruiters.
Responsabilites:
Essential Functions:
Generate candidates through various sourcing methods, including but not limited to TEKsystems' database, social media platforms, job boards, resume databases, etc.
Drive introduction process - document all touch points and relevant updates to candidate status.
Identification of candidates specific to skill sets / markets / geography.
Creating candidate profiles in applicant tracking system (Connected).
Daily goals focused on contacting candidates (via phone and email) in order to understand candidates' skills, goals, and interests in order to identify active and passive job seekers.
Connect qualified candidates with Recruiting Coordinator based on relevant requirement (candidate hand off initial screening process).
Generate referrals through networking.
Fonctions essentielles :
Selectionner les candidats par diverses methodes, notamment, mais sans se limiter a, la base de donnees de TEKsystems, aux plateformes de medias sociaux, aux sites d'emploi, aux bases de donnees de CV, etc.
+ Mener le processus d'accueil, documenter tous les points de contacts, les mises a jour pertinentes et les statuts des candidats.
+ Identifier les candidats selon les competences/marches/situations geographiques.
+ Creer les profils des candidats dans le systeme de candidatures (Connected).
+ Les objectifs quotidiens seront consacres a contacter les candidats (par telephone et courriel) afin de comprendre leurs competences, objectifs et interets pour identifier les demandeurs d'emploi passifs et actifs.
+ Connecter les candidats qualifies au coordonnateur du recrutement selon les exigences pertinentes (transferer le candidat au processus initial de selection) + Produire les references par le reseautage.
Qualifications:
Minimum Education/Abilities/Skills:
Bilingual in both French and English
Diploma or higher preferred.
1 - 2 years' work experience.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Technical savvy.
Comfortable making outbound and receiving inbound phone calls.
Customer service focus.
