Our client, a top 5 bank, is looking for a Bilingual Recruiter for a 6 months contract in Toronto. This position is a hybrid position - in office on Wednesdays.

As a Bilingual Recruiter your duties will include, but are not limited to:
\xe2\x97\x8fEnd to end recruitment support and consultations related to one designated business line
\xe2\x97\x8fProviding consultation, advice and recruitment support to hiring managers
\xe2\x97\x8fliaising with industry organizations, recruitment vendors and candidates
\xe2\x97\x8fGenerating candidate flow through a variety of sourcing channels
\xe2\x97\x8fIdentifying appropriate sources and work with these sources to attract qualified candidates
\xe2\x97\x8fDeveloping cost effective, efficient, creative and innovative solutions to sourcing challenges
\xe2\x97\x8fEducating, consulting and transfering knowledge of staffing processes, diversity, interviewing skills and legislation to hiring managers
\xe2\x97\x8fConducting screen resumes and/or telephone interviews to ensure candidates meet minimum recruitment criteria
\xe2\x97\x8fInterviewing, providing support and counsel to hiring managers throughout the interviewing process
\xe2\x97\x8fGathering and providing feedback/recommendations to both the candidate and hiring manager regarding strengths and development
\xe2\x97\x8fManaging information and recruitment process through the Applicant Tracking System (People-Click)
\xe2\x97\x8fParticipating in special staffing oriented projects as requiredQualifications
\xe2\x97\x8fRecruitment experience within financial services
\xe2\x97\x8fBilingual (Fluent in French / English languages)
\xe2\x97\x8f5 years full life-cycle recruitment experience in a corporate environment
\xe2\x97\x8fAdvanced sourcing, networking, and lead generation skills
\xe2\x97\x8fExcellent relationship building skills and consultative mindset
\xe2\x97\x8fStrong negotiation skills
\xe2\x97\x8fResults oriented with honed multi-tasking skills
\xe2\x97\x8fExperience working with e-Recruitment tools and behavioral based interviews
\xe2\x97\x8fConsultative recruitment support in a coaching and advisory capacity to all levels of management
\xe2\x97\x8fUniversity Bachelor\'s Degree
\xe2\x97\x8fPossess or working towards AIRS Professional Recruiter Certification
\xe2\x97\x8fPossess or working towards Certified Human Resources Management (CHRP) certificate - would be an asset
\xe2\x97\x8fExperience working with e-Recruitment tools and behavioural based Interviews
\xe2\x97\x8fStrong sourcing skills to locate candidates with rare skill sets
\xe2\x97\x8fExcellent relationship building skills and proven ability to provide value added consultative service
