Our client, a top 5 bank, is looking for a Bilingual Recruiter for a 6 months contract in Toronto. This position is a hybrid position - in office on Wednesdays.
Pay rate: $41.26 / Hour
Working hours: 37.5 hours/weekAdvantages

As a Bilingual Recruiter your duties will include, but are not limited to:
End to end recruitment support and consultations related to one designated business line
Providing consultation, advice and recruitment support to hiring managers
liaising with industry organizations, recruitment vendors and candidates
Generating candidate flow through a variety of sourcing channels
Identifying appropriate sources and work with these sources to attract qualified candidates
Developing cost effective, efficient, creative and innovative solutions to sourcing challenges
Educating, consulting and transfering knowledge of staffing processes, diversity, interviewing skills and legislation to hiring managers
Conducting screen resumes and/or telephone interviews to ensure candidates meet minimum recruitment criteria
Interviewing, providing support and counsel to hiring managers throughout the interviewing process
Gathering and providing feedback/recommendations to both the candidate and hiring manager regarding strengths and development
Managing information and recruitment process through the Applicant Tracking System (People-Click)
Participating in special staffing oriented projects as requiredQualifications
Recruitment experience within financial services
Bilingual (Fluent in French / English languages)
5 years full life-cycle recruitment experience in a corporate environment
Advanced sourcing, networking, and lead generation skills
Excellent relationship building skills and consultative mindset
Strong negotiation skills
Results oriented with honed multi-tasking skills
Experience working with e-Recruitment tools and behavioral based interviews
Consultative recruitment support in a coaching and advisory capacity to all levels of management
University Bachelor's Degree
Possess or working towards AIRS Professional Recruiter Certification
Possess or working towards Certified Human Resources Management (CHRP) certificate - would be an asset
Experience working with e-Recruitment tools and behavioural based Interviews
Strong sourcing skills to locate candidates with rare skill sets
Excellent relationship building skills and proven ability to provide value added consultative service
