Key Responsibilities
Warmly greet clients and manage check-in/out procedures
Schedule appointments and manage the clinic calendar using EMR/booking software
Handle phone calls, emails, and client inquiries
Process payments and maintain accurate records
Support daily clinic operations, including preparing treatment rooms and maintaining cleanliness
Assist with social media or promotional activities when needed
Qualifications
Bilingual
in both
English
and
Mandarin/Chinese
Previous
medical aesthetics or medical clinic
reception/administrative experience preferred
Strong customer service and communication skills
Proficient with scheduling/EMR software and basic office programs
Professional, well-groomed, and detail-oriented
Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
