Job Overview

The primary purpose of a Quality Engineer is to ensure that products and processes meet established quality standards and requirements. This involves implementing and maintaining quality control systems, monitoring compliance with relevant standards, and continuously improving manufacturing processes to enhance product quality.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Work closely with RD team to create test plans, conducts verification tests, and document test results Work with application engineers to duplicate and demonstrate issues Analyze, document, and publish test results Follows established development guidelines and standards and makes recommendations for improvements. Ensure Occupational Health and Safety compliance with health and safety laws and regulations. Follow all procedures in compliance of Accuenergy (Canada) Inc standard policy and operation regulations. Any other operation-related responsibilities may be added as company continues to grow.

Qualifications:

Bachelors or Masters degree in Electrical Engineering or Equivalent 1+ years hands-on experience in Embedded software QA or development environment. Experience to use of standard test equipment such as signal generators and oscilloscopes Experience following Agile development methodology and familiar with software tools such as Jira and Confluence Strong communication and organization skills Experience with communication protocols such as Modbus, BACnet, DNP3, MQTT, IEC61850 is a plus Experience with power system is a plus
