About Us

Accuenergy is a Toronto-based company dedicated to research, design and manufacturing of multifunction power meters and other instruments. We also provide advanced technological solutions for distribution and industrial power system automation.

Responsibilities

Work closely with RD team to create test plans, write test script, conducts verification tests, and document test results Set up and maintain different test environments Execute regression tests, automated tests, manual tests, integrated tests Work with application engineers to duplicate and demonstrate issues Analyze, document, and publish test results Follows established development guidelines and standards and makes recommendations for improvements.

Requirements

Bachelors or Masters degree in Electrical Engineering or Equivalent 1+ years hands-on experience in Embedded software QA or development environment. Experience to use of standard test equipment such as signal generators and oscilloscopes Experience following Agile development methodology and familiar with software tools such as Jira and Confluence Strong communication and organization skills Experience with communication protocols such as Modbus, BACnet, DNP3, MQTT, IEC61850 is a plus Experience with power system is a plus
