Ils fourniront un service d\'estimation rapide et pr\xc3\xa9cis qui r\xc3\xa9pond aux exigences SLA et ravit le client en assurant la qualit\xc3\xa9 et la livraison \xc3\xa0 temps.

Responsabilit\xc3\xa9s:

  • G\xc3\xa9rer des projets plus petits et simples de mani\xc3\xa8re autonome; G\xc3\xa9rer des projets complexes avec soutien.
  • Travailler avec les fournisseurs et les parties prenantes internes pour prendre des d\xc3\xa9cisions d\'achat judicieuses et g\xc3\xa9n\xc3\xa9rer une valeur client accrue, une satisfaction client \xc3\xa9lev\xc3\xa9e et une marge accrue.
  • Passez en revue les sp\xc3\xa9cifications du poste pour bien comprendre le projet.
  • Fournir un service d\'estimation rapide et pr\xc3\xa9cis qui r\xc3\xa9pond aux exigences du SLA et ravit le client.
  • Travailler avec l\'\xc3\xa9quipe Client/Compte pour d\xc3\xa9terminer les besoins et g\xc3\xa9rer efficacement les fournisseurs.
  • Examinez les fournisseurs pour vous assurer que nous avons les bons fournisseurs sur la liste pour le(s) travail(s).

  • Soutenir la r\xc3\xa9alisation d\'am\xc3\xa9liorations de la productivit\xc3\xa9 en g\xc3\xa9rant les d\xc3\xa9cisions d\'achat qui stimulent l\'innovation et la consolidation de l\'achat.
  • Examiner et analyser toutes les preuves avec l\'\xc3\xa9quipe Client/Compte et fournir des commentaires et/ou une approbation au fournisseur.
  • Travailler avec le gestionnaire pour fournir un soutien technique.
  • Restez \xc3\xa0 jour avec les m\xc3\xa9thodes de production utilis\xc3\xa9es par les fournisseurs externes ainsi que leurs capacit\xc3\xa9s et leurs limites.
Qualifications:
  • Dipl\xc3\xb4me universitaire ou dipl\xc3\xb4me d\'\xc3\xa9tudes postsecondaires ou technique applicable (c.-\xc3\xa0-d. gestion de la cha\xc3\xaene d\'approvisionnement, logistique ou communications graphiques)
  • Minimum 1-2 ans d\'exp\xc3\xa9rience dans l\'industrie de l\'impression dans le domaine des achats / approvisionnement
  • Bilingue en fran\xc3\xa7ais/anglais requis
  • Connaissance de la production d\'impression, y compris une exp\xc3\xa9rience sp\xc3\xa9cifique \xc3\xa0 l\'industrie ou \xc3\xa0 l\'application

Print Supply Chain Project Specialist

Scope:

The Print Supply Chain Project Specialist will be responsible for managing the overall procurement of a project including effective, timely, and appropriate supplier selection, project estimating, procurement, and production coordination to achieve specific objectives. They will perform daily activities associated with the procurement of print and other supporting items, matching supplier capabilities to service requests and costs to support the selection and awarding of jobs.

Overview:

This position is responsible for analyzing job specifications and determining the best way to produce the product, qualifying the specifications, managing the procurement decisions, and the overall project management of the supply chain from production, finishing, and kitting/insertion to delivery to the customer. They will provide timely and accurate estimating service that meets SLA requirements and delights the customer ensuring quality and on-time delivery.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage smaller, simple projects independently; manage complex projects with support.
  • Work with suppliers and internal stakeholders to make sound buying decisions and drive increased client value, high customer satisfaction, and enhanced margin.
  • Review job specifications for a full understanding of the project.
  • Provide timely and accurate estimating service that meets SLA requirements and delights the customer.
  • Work with the Client/Account team to determine requirements and manage suppliers effectively.
  • Review suppliers to ensure we have the proper suppliers on the list for the job(s).
  • Work with the Client/Account team to decide and award
  • Manage margins on procurement to ensure that we meet and exceed the company\'s and client\'s expectations regarding cost savings and profitability.
  • Support the achievement of productivity improvements through managing buying decisions that drive innovation in and consolidation of buying.
  • Review and analyze all proofs with the Client/Account team and provide feedback and/or approval to the supplier.
  • Work with the Manager to provide technical support.
  • Stay current with production methods being used by outside suppliers along with their capabilities and limitations.
Qualifications:
  • University degree or applicable post-secondary / technical diploma (i.e., Supply Chain Mgmt., Logistics, or Graphic Communications)
  • Minimum 1-2 years of print industry experience in the purchasing/procurement field
  • Bilingual in English/French required
  • Knowledge of print production including specific industry or application-specific experience
  • Developing knowledge of workflow and estimating software
  • Developing purchasing skills; industry accreditation training
  • Relationship-building skills
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Developing IT skills, possesses an ability to use existing and new technologies
  • Ability to prioritize and ensure logistics execution of tasks
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills
  • Able to operate effectively in a virtual team environment
  • Able to travel up to 25% of the time
