About the Role

As a bilingual post-production producer, you will be responsible for the production of social and digital content, including small to mid-size shoots, animatics, boardomatics, post-production for video, illustration, motion graphics, and audio. Any experience with ACTRA/UDA and managing activation events is an asset.

What You\'ll Do

  • Reporting to the Executive Producer, you will partner closely with the editorial, creative and account service teams
  • Cultivate positive relationships with our production partners: Producers, Editors, Audio houses, etc
  • Manage the post-production pipeline of multiple projects and ensuring day-to-day activities run smoothly
  • Understand and effectively communicate scope needs and requirements to internal team members, external partners, and freelance resources
  • Prepare quotes and schedules for offline, transfer, online and audio with consultation from a Senior Editor and/or Executive Producer
  • Manage and communicate status updates to the internal project team and ensure that issues and risks are properly identified, considered, escalated, and resolved
  • Manage multiple projects as needed
  • Be client facing as needed

What You\'ll Need

  • 3 + years of post-production experience in an agency or post-production studio environment
  • Strong client communication skills
  • Bilingual in English/French
  • Creative problem solver; cares tremendously to produce superior work
  • Understanding of production and post-production workflow
  • Experience managing budgets
  • Must be a strong collaborator and work well with multiple teams
  • Must be extremely organized and have a strong attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced environment
  • Understanding of the latest technology and equipment in video production
