About the Role
As a bilingual post-production producer, you will be responsible for the production of social and digital content, including small to mid-size shoots, animatics, boardomatics, post-production for video, illustration, motion graphics, and audio. Any experience with ACTRA/UDA and managing activation events is an asset.
What You\'ll Do
Reporting to the Executive Producer, you will partner closely with the editorial, creative and account service teams
Cultivate positive relationships with our production partners: Producers, Editors, Audio houses, etc
Manage the post-production pipeline of multiple projects and ensuring day-to-day activities run smoothly
Understand and effectively communicate scope needs and requirements to internal team members, external partners, and freelance resources
Prepare quotes and schedules for offline, transfer, online and audio with consultation from a Senior Editor and/or Executive Producer
Manage and communicate status updates to the internal project team and ensure that issues and risks are properly identified, considered, escalated, and resolved
Manage multiple projects as needed
Be client facing as needed
What You\'ll Need
3 + years of post-production experience in an agency or post-production studio environment
Strong client communication skills
Bilingual in English/French
Creative problem solver; cares tremendously to produce superior work
Understanding of production and post-production workflow
Experience managing budgets
Must be a strong collaborator and work well with multiple teams
Must be extremely organized and have a strong attention to detail
Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced environment
Understanding of the latest technology and equipment in video production
