We are hiring an Service Desk Analyst to work Onsite at a Client in Montreal.

We're looking for you!
What you will do onsite....
Travel to the client location one day a week to provide technical assistance and support....Set up and configure new hardware and software, this might include Personal Computers and Servers....Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues for desktops, laptops, and peripherals....And the other four days be available to work from our office to handle service desk calls.
We have some tools....
A great ITSM tool for ticket tracking and escalation, a solid group of Analysts and Team Leads you can call for additional help, access to knowledge base and troubleshooting guides, FAQs, and standard procedures
Your experience...
A college diploma in IT (or something equivalent plus some work experience)
Experience providing end user support with M365 and MS Teams
Working with Microsoft O/S, MS Exchange, and Active Directory
Bilingualism (French and English)
Some nice to haves...
Your demonstrated problem-solving skills; your ability interact with both technical and non-technical users; and you're able to use knowledge base articles and predefined troubleshooting processes.
