About the Role



As a

Bilingual Junior Account Manager (Customer Service - Inside Sales)

, you will play a key role as the frontline voice supporting our wholesale customers and Sales Representatives. You'll guide customers through product inquiries, orders, returns, and general account support- all while building strong, positive relationships.



This role is ideal for someone friendly, proactive, highly organized, and enjoys meaningful customer interaction. You will work extensively by phone, email, and live chat, so strong communication and comfort with multitasking are essential.


Professional fluency in both English and French is required.

Key Responsibilities




Customer Care & Relationship Support
Answer inbound customer calls, emails, and live chat inquiries in both English and French. Build positive rapport with customers, providing warm, solution-focused support. Share product information, stock availability, pricing, and order updates.
Sales Support & Order Administration
Assist customers in placing orders and provide thoughtful product suggestions. Support field Sales Representatives with account information and follow-ups. Process returns, replacements, and credit requests.
Issue Resolution & Follow-Up
Investigate issues with empathy and timeliness. Track reasons for returns and credits for continuous improvement insights. Coordinate with Sales, Warehouse, and Accounting teams as needed.
Digital Tools, CRM & Live Chat
Work confidently across multiple systems and screens. Maintain accurate and detailed customer account notes and follow-ups in CRM. Manage multiple channels in real time (phone + chat + email).
Team Collaboration
Work alongside a supportive Inside Sales team to ensure a smooth customer experience. Provide Reception coverage on a rotational basis.

What You Bring




Professional fluency in both English and French is required. 2+ years of working in Customer Service or Inside Sales experience. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage professionally with customers, management, and internal teams. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (intermediate) and Microsoft Office Suite. Previous experience with ERP systems. Comfortable managing multiple transactions accurately in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. A proactive approach to process improvement and problem-solving. Ability to multitask and adapt to last-minute requests in a dynamic environment. Knowledge of the home decor and giftware industry is an asset, but not required.
