Inside Sales

What You'll Do:
This position is all about connection, organization, and driving results. You'll be the go-to for our customers, answering questions, handling orders, and making sure they get exactly what they need. At the same time, you'll play a key role in inside sales, building relationships, following up on quotes, and helping clients discover the right solutions.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Customer Service:
Be the first point of contact for clients; friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable
Manage orders, shipping updates, and general inquiries
Assist with returns, exchanges, and resolving any issues that pop up
Keep customer information organized and up to date in the CRM
Help customers find the right products or solutions to fit their needs
Inside Sales:
Follow up on leads, quotes, and reorders with confidence and care
Spot opportunities to upsell or cross-sell based on customer needs
Support the sales team with account follow-ups and lead nurturing
Jump in on trade show follow-up, email outreach, and other sales-driving initiatives
Build trust and long-term relationships with new and existing clients
What You Bring to the Table:
1-3 years of experience in customer service, inside sales, or a related role
Excellent communication skills, clear, friendly, and persuasive when needed
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Familiarity with CRM systems and comfort learning new tools
A team-first mindset with a proactive, solution-oriented attitude
Bonus if you've worked in packaging, manufacturing, or B2B sales but not required
Fluency in English (spoken and written) is required; French or bilingualism is considered a strong asset
