We are seeking a talented Medical Assistance Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both Japanese and English, possess exceptional communication skills, and excel in providing top-notch customer service.
- Communicate fluently with customers in Japanese and English
- Manage emergency calls from clients globally with professionalism and urgency
- Organize hospital and clinic arrangements, including coordinating the distribution of attending staff for clients in need
- Facilitate arrangements for cashless services related to overseas travel insurance
- Handle internal office tasks as needed in addition
Compulsory Requirements:
Must have completed specialized education or a college degree or higher.
At least 2 years of relevant work experience.
Skills:
Fluency in Japanese (Native) and Business English is required.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to analyze customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions.
Experience in call center roles and medical knowledge is preferred.
High accuracy in data entry.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Familiarity with phone etiquette and customer service best practices.
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office software.
Proficiency in languages other than English and Japanese is considered a valuable asset.
Additional Requirement:
Must have at least 6 months remaining on a working visa in Canada

Full-Time Employee (6-months probationary period)
Location of Work:
Downtown Toronto (In person, work from home 2 days a week after training period)
Hours of Work:
9:45 AM - 6:15 PM (daylight savings time: 10:45 AM - 7:15 PM)
Work Schedule:
5 days a week, including Saturdays and Sundays (Shift-based)
