Successful Desjardins Insurance Agency located in Richmond Hill ON. We serve our community for over 15 years. We are looking for a self motivated, determined yet empathetic, patient, honest, and competitive team member who takes great pride in helping people, career-oriented professional to join our team. As an agent team member, you will build and develop customer relationships within the community to promote our products including auto, home and life insurance. We offer a base salary + commission + Bonus.

Requirements

Bilingual - English and Mandarin or Cantonese (English must be excellent) OTL or RIBO Licensed LLQP preferred 2 years sales and customer service working experience or more Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas Excellent computer skills Must have the ability to be friendly, personable, confident and persuasive Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening Self-motivated Proactive in problem solving Ability to work in a team environment Ability to multi-task

Responsibilities

Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services. Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed. Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverage, policy changes, transfers, claim, and billing clarification. Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals. Handle all administrative tasks for the agency accurately and in a timely manner Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
