Full-Time | $40,000-$70,000/year (base + commission)

What You'll Be Doing:
Engaging with new and existing clients to understand their needs and offer personalized insurance solutions Generating leads, setting appointments, and following up on opportunities (you're good with a phone and better in person) Delivering exceptional service that keeps clients coming back Collaborating with our team and agency owner to hit exciting goals--and celebrating when you do
What You Bring to the Table:
You're outgoing, confident, and love helping people Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a fast-paced team environment Great listener, strong communicator--both in writing and face-to-face Goal-oriented and self-motivated--you don't wait to be told what to do Open to learning and growing in the insurance field Insurance license a plus (but we'll help the right candidate get licensed)
