Job Description

Contrax Equipment wholesales high quality rubber tracks, undercarriage parts, and material handling products to the Construction and Agricultural Markets.

We are expanding our operations and are seeking a motivated and dynamic Bilingual Inside Sales Representative to join our team. This position is responsible for customer-initiated calls seeking company-supplied products. Customer requests are researched and matched against available inventory to create sales as well as outsourcing products from vendors for non-stocked items requested to meet customer needs, eventually leading to closing sales and meeting monthly targets.

This is a hybrid role with the requirement to work three (3) days in the Mississauga office and two (2) days remote.

The ideal candidate will possess proven, sustainable relationship building managing key accounts, quote follow up, timely acknowledgement responding to quote requests. In addition, you will provide consistent, superior customer service and trust ensuring all customer needs are identified and addressed; consistently maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction through open and interactive communication, encouraging repeat business. Ideally, you possess sales experience and knowledge within the agriculture parts and construction equipment sectors.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities



Manage inbound customer requests for pricing and availability Acknowledge and respond to all customer emails within a 1-hour timeframe Enter quotes and invoices into Netsuite Prepare and supply customers with freight quotes and invoices Locate alternative products that are not in stock from approved vendors Take ownership of issues keeping customers informed of the status of resolution Log/ maintain accurate customer interactions; ensure timely/proper follow-up Review and monitor dormant customers, follows up appropriately Initiate outbound calls to previous customers generating new leads Provides input to assist in keeping price lists and catalogs updated

Preferred Education/Experience/Skills



High School graduate, or equivalent work experience Fluently Bilingual (French and English) - both written and spoken 2+ years' sales experience ideally within the agriculture parts and construction equipment sectors is preferred Advanced computer knowledge including MS Office, Netsuite Professional phone skills and keyboarding Contribute to the company's operation and principles through ethical practices Ability to work well with people from diverse backgrounds and locals

Pay: From $66,000.00 per year
