In order to provide elite products and services to our clients, STG has achieved environmental sustainability by becoming the Microsoft Refurbisher Partner. All our refurbished computers are from well-known brand with the installation of genuine Microsoft package. In addition to giving new life to PCs and tablets, STG is expanding its way to serve more B2B and B2C customers, which will bring a sustainable and low-carbon benefit to society.
Partner with leadership to align HR strategies with business goals and drive organizational growth.
Lead full-cycle recruitment, employer branding, and talent retention initiatives.
Manage structured hiring processes, advise managers on selection, and analyze exit data for improvement.
Design and deliver onboarding, training, and development programs.
Oversee compensation planning, job evaluation, and salary benchmarking.
Administer and enhance employee benefits programs.
Ensure compliance with employment and health & safety regulations
Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures, and accurate records.
Lead and develop the HR team through feedback and accountability.
Drive new HR initiatives and continuous process improvements.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Degree in Human Resources or related field
Proven working experience as HR Manager or other HR Executive
People oriented and results driven
Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics
Knowledge of HR systems and databases
Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
In-depth knowledge of labor law
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese
Willingness to understand the company's operational processes and overall

Pay: $60,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
