Bilingual Full Cycle Bookkeeper/accountant (pharmaceutical Industry)

Job Description
Our client is a well established Pharmaceutical company located in Ville-Saint-Laurent near the Dorval Airport.
This is a permanent role supporting all activity supporting month-end preparation and financial statements.
Responsibilities:
- Preparing the processing of invoices and payments in Quickbooks
- Process payments including checks, credit cards and electronic payment
- Invoices programs and institutions
- Verifies and reconciles supplier accounts
- Verifies, validates and processes expense accounts
- Additional administrative tasks
- Accounting Diploma
- 2 years+ experience in accounts payable, invoicing and collection of payments
- Experience in a pharmaceutical industry is a big asset
- Extensive knowledge of Excel
- Fluent in French and English
