Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join their pharmaceutical team. As a Project Manager in the pharmaceutical industry, you will play a critical role in overseeing and executing projects related to the development and deployment of Automation, Digital, and Manufacturing Intelligence solutions to improve the speed, predictability, and agility of our operations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that projects are completed on time, within scope, and in compliance with industry regulations. This position requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning: Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets for pharmaceutical projects.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, regulatory affairs, clinical development, quality assurance, and manufacturing, to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Risk Management: Identify and proactively manage project risks, issues, and dependencies. Implement mitigation strategies as needed.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all projects adhere to regulatory requirements and industry standards, including FDA and other relevant agencies.
  • Resource Allocation: Allocate resources effectively to meet project goals, including personnel, equipment, and materials.
  • Communication: Communicate project status, milestones, and deliverables to stakeholders, including senior management.
  • Quality Assurance: Implement quality control processes to ensure the highest level of product quality and safety.
  • Budget Management: Monitor project budgets and expenses, ensuring that projects stay within allocated financial limits.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation and records, including project plans, reports, and regulatory submissions.
  • Change Management: Handle project scope changes effectively, assessing their impact on timelines and budgets.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in sciences/engineering, or a related field. Master\'s degree or PMP certification is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in the pharmaceutical industry, with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience.
  • In-depth experience with managing complex projects around technological deployment.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., GMP, ISO).
  • PMP and Agile certification are asset.
Additional Information:
This position may require occasional travel.
