Responsibilities
What your day will look like as an executive assistant in the audit and finance field in downtown Montreal:
- Schedule management (scheduling conflicts, sending invitations, organizing meetings, etc.)
- Provide administrative support to three or four partners or directors
- Preparation of notes and data entry into the in-house system
- Preparation of meetings (room reservations, catering orders, coordination with our various internal services, etc.)
- Coordinate travel arrangements
- Drafting, formatting and correction of letters and emails
- Participate in the organization of internal and external events (on occasion)
- Ensure quality customer service both verbally and in writing
- All other related tasks
Qualifications
Do you have what it takes for this executive assistant position in the audit and finance field in downtown Montreal?
- Bilingualism (English and French), both written and spoken
- At least 2 to 3 years experience in administration or in a similar position
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to demonstrate discretion, rigor, dynamism, versatility, autonomy and organization
- Management of priorities
- Excellent knowledge of software such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint)
