Wurth Canada is searching for an experienced Divisional Product Trainer for our Metal/Industrial division, who is a technical thinker and has a passion for product and application training. The Division Product Trainer will implement a Divisional Product training plan as defined by the Division Manager to drive the overall strategy.

Reporting to the Division Manager Metal/Industrial the Divisional Product Trainer responsibilities will include:

• Assisting the Division Manager in developing, implementing and rollout of company-wide product training schedule for the Metal Division.
• Identifying educational opportunities for the sales force as it pertains to Product and in relation to the Divisional Marketing and Product Plan.
• Attending Regional and District Sales meetings and ride alongs to educate the sales force on division specific product applications, new product launches and divisional updates as they pertain to training.
• Script and Create video content utilizing available technologies to provide monthly training to the sales force on focus areas.
• Ensure training is 360 incorporating video, live (remote and/or in person), and written training materials to support each launch
• Collaborating with Sales Trainers and Division Director, to help facilitate division specific product training for the sales force

The ideal candidate will have:

• A Degree or Diploma in Business, or equivalent field.
• Proficiency in both English and French (fully bilingual)- Responsible for training across Canada
• Experience as a corporate trainer with responsibilities for developing content
• Experience in a product application or technical setting is an asset
• Understanding of effective teaching methodologies and tools
• Experience creating video content
• Willingness to keep abreast of new techniques in corporate teaching
• Proficient in MS Office (esp. Powerpoint); e-learning software is an asset
• Organizational and time management abilities
• A high level of alignment with the company's Corporate Values.
• Exceptional communication and influencing skills with demonstrated ability to deal effectively with all levels of the organization internally and externally.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to balance project work with urgent day-to-day tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• The ability and flexibility to travel (within Canada) as required, which will include overnights.
