In this role you will be expected to:
  • You will manage all internal restaurant training programs and in-store training
  • You will document training progress of trainees
  • You will provide direction, instructions, and guidance to trainees and team members
  • You will ensure trainees apply brand principles and standards to improve guest experience
  • You will develop strategies the team will use to reach its goal and implement local store marketing programs
  • You will evaluate training program's effectiveness and provide feedback
  • You will maintain training calendar, prepare training materials and training documentation
  • You will liaise with multiple departments for training needs, opportunities, and resources
Who you are:
  • College/University degree considered an asset
  • Train the Trainer certificate an asset
  • Excellent understanding of the casual dining industry and restaurant operations
  • Ability to work Flexible hours
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines
