- Communicate effectively with customers to address concerns, provide solutions, and ensure overall satisfaction
- Analyze customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement in service delivery

Skills:
- Proficient in phone etiquette and handling customer inquiries professionally
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
- Knowledge of supply chain processes, shipping receiving, and transportation management systems
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
