Reporting to the Manager, Wellness & Disability, the Bilingual

Customer Service Representative

is responsible for providing high quality customer service by professionally from plan members, clients and internal departments in regard to disability and leave of absence products and services.

What you will do:



Provide excellent customer service while responding to all inbound inquiries. Be attentive to the customer to fully understand their situation. Document all received information according to standard operating procedures. Remain current on program information, products, processes, and business initiatives. Registration of disability and leave of absence claims for clients, including claims documentation and record maintenance. Assist in other departments as required.

What you will bring:



Bilingual in English and French, spoken and written; Highly developed customer service skills; Ability to learn quickly and adapt to several computer systems; Ability to multi-task, and follow-up on uncompleted tasks in a timely manner; Ability to work as part of a team as well as independently; Ability to work under pressure; Excellent organizational skills; Strong attention to detail and accuracy; Proficient in MS Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook; Proven data entry and typing skills; Able to deal with people sensitively, tactfully, diplomatically, and professionally at all times;
