- Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Providing accurate information about promotions, products, services, and policies
- Assisting customers in placing orders, tracking shipments, and processing returns or exchanges.
- Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.Qualifications
- Must be Bilingual ( FRENCH and ENGLISH)
- Call Center Experience
- Experience in Chat
- Experience in E-Commerce
- Be tech savvy ( Computer knowledge and MS Office 365 )
- Be available from Monday-Saturday 8am-10pm
- Must have your own Smartphone and working Laptop/PCSummary
