Responsibilities for the Bilingual Advisor Service center representative includes (but are not limited to):- Complete Inbound calls
- Handle calls in English and French language
- Provide support for investment accounts
- Provide an excellent customer service experience & promote a
positive company reputationQualifications
- Excellent English and French communication skills
- Strong computer/keyboarding skills
- Previous Customer Service or Call Centre experience is required
- Ability to work under pressure and be adaptable
