Responsibilities:

Efficiently handle order entry tasks, ensuring accurate and timely processing of all customer orders. Communicate with customers fluently in English and French via email, acknowledging and confirming their orders. Utilize Chempax software (mini SAP system) to enter Bills of Lading and maintain accurate records. Facilitate the processing of customs documents for export shipments. Coordinate with the Logistics Department to book carriers for pickups, ensuring smooth logistics operations. Verify inventory control and monitor stock status to meet customer demands. Assist in purchasing products as needed, maintaining strong supplier relationships. Collaborate with various teams including Warehousing, Purchasing, Logistics, Account Managers, Sales, and Accounting to ensure seamless operations.

Qualifications:

Fluency in French and English (both verbal and written). 2-5 years of chemical experience in a similar customer service or order entry role. Proficiency in using Chempax software or similar systems is preferred. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Strong organizational and time-management skills.
