• 4 days off per week! We have a rotating schedule where you will work 4 days on and 4 days off (12 hour shifts)
• Starting pay for bilingual team members is $17 an hour for days and swings shift, starting pay of $18 an hour for night shift

What You\'ll Do:

• Process alarm signals quickly, accurately and professionally in stressful situations
• Dispatch the proper authorities, verify that help is on the way and notify subscribers
• Accurately document all responses for the alarm on the computer
• Learn and use new software to complete multiple tasks

What We\'re Looking for?:

• Fluency in both French and English is required
• Must have a completed high school diploma or equivalent
• Experience providing excellent customer service preferred
• Ability to stay calm in a very fast past environment with high pressure situations
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment criminal record check
