Quelles sont les taches ?

  • Se concentrer sur laEUR(TM)aide a apporter aux clients quand ils ont le plus besoin de nous, en repondant a une multitude de questions avec empathie, en leur proposant des solutions et en repondant a leurs preoccupations financieres.
  • Informer les clients et leur offrir des conseils pour repondre a leurs besoins financiers, tout en leur offrant des solutions de credit a court et a long terme personnalisees.
  • Renseigner les clients et les aider a tirer parti des capacites numeriques de RBC.
  • Regler les problemes au premier point de contact de faaon amicale et serviable et entretenir les relations avec des partenaires pour travailler comme une seule equipe RBC.
  • Contribuer aux resultats de laEUR(TM)equipe en soutenant tous les collegues afin de repondre aux besoins des clients.
  • Entretenir et consolider les relations avec les partenaires pour travailler ensemble a RBC comme une seule equipe.
  • Gerer les risques en respectant les procedures, les processus et les contrales etablis aux fins de conformite pour proteger les interats des clients et des actionnaires.

What is the opportunity?

You are an agent within our Credit Management and Recoveries team acting as an RBC ambassador delivering an exceptional client experience by offering financial advice & solutions during their time of need. You champion the RBC brand and provide support to our clients as they interact with us in a variety of ways. If you have strong communication skills, are inquisitive and are passionate about building client loyalty & trust come build a long term career within RBC. This is a full time and shift oriented role with an opportunity to work from home. What will you do?

Focus on helping clients when they need us most, by responding empathetically to a variety of questions, offering and resolving client financial concerns

Educate & provide advice to clients in order to meet their financial needs, while providing tailored short and long terms credit solutions

Educate and assist clients with using RBC digital capabilities

Resolve problems at first point of contact in a friendly and helpful manner, and maintain relationships with partners to work as one RBC.

Contribute to team results by supporting all colleagues to be successful in meeting client needs

Cultivate and maintain relationships with partners to work as one RBC

Manage risks by adhering to compliance routines, processes, and controls to protect client and shareholder interests

What do you need to succeed?

Must-have

Ability to work independently in a structured environment, as a Remote Office Employee (ROE), working in your home office with proven time management, organizational and problem solving skills and must be able to meet with the technological and confidentiality requirements of the role (i.e., private and quiet space, Internet connectivity, etc.)

Proven interpersonal, communication and problem resolution skills

Proven ability to build rapport while offering the right solutions for our clients while mitigating risk

Desire to build exceptional client experiences, and is passionate and curious to help clients meet their needs and solve their concerns

Bilingual French and English (oral and written) in order to serve our clients in the community with English speaking needs

Full flexibility to work various shifts that meet our clientsaEUR(TM) needs Monday to Friday, between 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM and Saturday between 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM

Nice-to-have

Past experience in a customer service role where you provided a variety of needs based solutions

Experience working in a team and metrics-based performance environment

Previous experience working in a Contact/Call Centre or in a fast paced financial and/or service industry
