We are searching for a Bilingual Corporate Recruiter who will be responsible for providing full cycle talent acquisition services while making this a great candidate experience. The candidate needs to be fluent in both English and French. The primary role is to identify, attract, and hire candidates who can contribute to the organization\xe2\x80\x99s success while meeting all the companies requirements. Salary is $60K-75K yearly based on experience. Hours: 8:00am - 4:30pm , full benefits after 3 months, Vacation: 3 weeks and a deferred profit sharing plan.

Responsibilities

1. Talent Sourcing: Bilingual Corporate Recruiters actively search for candidates with the required skills and qualifications, using various channels such as job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals. They focus on candidates who are fluent in multiple languages to meet the company\xe2\x80\x99s language needs.

2. Job Posting and Advertising: They create and post job descriptions that clearly specify language requirements. They may also advertise job openings in specific regions or among language-focused communities to attract suitable candidates.

3. Candidate Screening: Bilingual Corporate Recruiters review resumes, cover letters, and application materials to identify candidates with the necessary language skills and qualifications. They may conduct initial phone or video interviews to assess language proficiency and fit with the company culture.

4. Interview Coordination: They schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers or interview panels. This includes ensuring that language-specific interviews or assessments are conducted if required.

5. Language Proficiency Testing: Some positions may require candidates to demonstrate their language proficiency through standardized tests or assessments. Bilingual Corporate Recruiters may administer or coordinate these tests.

6. Candidate Assessment: They assess candidates not only for their language skills but also for their technical abilities, experience, and cultural fit within the organization.

7. Offer Negotiation: They work with hiring managers to extend job offers to selected candidates, negotiate compensation packages, and facilitate the acceptance process.

8. Onboarding and Integration: After a candidate accepts an offer, Bilingual Corporate Recruiters may help with the onboarding process, ensuring that new hires have a smooth transition into the company and understand their roles and responsibilities.

9. Compliance and Documentation: They ensure that all hiring processes comply with legal and regulatory requirements, and they maintain accurate records of candidate information and interactions.

10. Candidate Relationship Management: Building and maintaining relationships with candidates, even those not immediately selected, is essential. They may keep potential candidates in their talent pool for future opportunities.

11. Reporting and Metrics: They may track and report on key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and the success of various sourcing strategies.

12. Continuous Improvement: Bilingual Corporate Recruiters often stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and new recruitment technologies to continually improve their recruitment processes.

Qualifications

1. Post secondary education in Human Resources

2. Minimum of 3-5 years of recruitment experience

3. A clear understanding of applicable Employment Related Legislation

4. Attention to details

5. Fluent in French & English
