What will You do?
  • Provide exceptional clients and technical support for our individual client-learners
  • Work closely with others in a tight-knit support team
  • Learn numerous admin routines and tasks with training and later perform them independently, seeking direction only on an exception basis
  • Demonstrate discretion working with both individual retail clients and corporate clients
  • Perform data entry of clients information
  • Review student videos of proctored exams
  • Provide administrative support to Sales staff, as required
  • Perform QA testing, as needed
  • Perform other duties as assigned
What do you need to SUCCEED?
  • Post-secondary diploma or degree or equivalent experience in the related field
  • Bilingual (English / French) -100% in both verbal and written forms.
  • Excel at verbal communications, listening, feedback, delegation, fostering teamwork and multi-tasking.
  • Strong track record of clients-focused service and attention to detail
  • Exceptional computer skills including Word, Excel and PowerPoint, Google Apps (G Suite)
  • Strong knowledge of common operating systems
  • Shows initiative, can adhere to company policies while demonstrating discretion
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Strong multi-tasker, ability to prioritize and execute tasks
  • Solid organizational and time management skills
  • Self-motivated
  • Experience in a call center or clients service environments is a plus
