What you will do :
Help our clients with questions about our products while also setting up and maintaining their policies
Analyze and find solutions to client problems in a friendly and proactive way
Prioritize various assigned tasks to ensure we meet our client and business expectations
You will have the opportunity to share ideas and make improvements on a dynamic team
Work closely with your teammates to achieve goals for the day
What we need:
Bilingualism (French, English) required- interactions with English-speaking customers or partners
Strong communication skills
Curiosity and critical thinking skills
Customer service and relationship skills
Ability to rank and handle a variety of activities daily
Experience in working in a fast-paced, multi-tasking team
Attention to detail
Ability to work within tight deadlines
