Grey Cove Veterinary Health Centre is seeking a

Bilingual Client Service Representative (French/English)

to join our front-line client care team. This is a part-time position with flexible scheduling, with the potential to grow into a full-time role for the right candidate.

As a CSR, you play a critical role in building strong relationships with our clients--relationships that directly support pets receiving timely, compassionate veterinary care.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the first point of contact for clients, in person and by phone Schedule appointments efficiently and accurately Guide clients through their visit with clear, compassionate communication Process payments and maintain accurate client and patient records Collaborate closely with the veterinary team to support patient care Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, client-focused environment

Qualifications

Fluent in both French and English (required)

Previous customer service or client-facing experience Strong relationship-building and communication skills Excellent computer skills, with the ability to learn new systems quickly Calm, friendly, and professional, even during busy or emotional moments Detail-oriented, organized, and reliable
Veterinary experience is preferred but not required--we provide training and support.
