Description
This position is part of our larger Equipment Program Team, which serves the needs of many New Brunswickers with disabilities. This program helps to provide mobility equipment to those who need it.
Client Coordinators at Easter Seals NB are tasked with the management of client files and applications. They must work together with our other staff to process incoming requests, handle incoming and outgoing referrals, answer inquiries about our programs, and advocate for clients as needed. Applicants should be comfortable in a customer service role, communicating over the phone and by e-mail with clients and other organisations.
