Position: Bilingual Claims Processing Coordinator
Location: Downtown Ottawa, ON (on-site)
Quantum management is seeking Bilingual Claims Processing Coordinators for our Ottawa based client.

What you\'ll do:

- Manage, verify and reconcile expenses and claims for customers
- Complete all assigned customer call backs/follow ups and provide customer service excellence
- Provide coordination, direction and information to clients and team members
Requirements:

- College graduate or equivalent of work-life experience
- Previous experience in a customer service support role at a contact center
- Must be able to get an Enhanced Reliability Security Clearance (5 years in Canada)
- Languages required: English or Bilingual in English and French
