We are looking for Bilingual Claims Agents to work in the heart of Ottawa, just west of downtown. You\'ll be responsible for providing world class customer service to callers over the phone and via email! Location : Ottawa Little Italy near Preston Square
Salary $22 /h
Monday to Friday
Training for 3 weeks- 8 to 4pm
Hours of work between: Must now be available for all rotating shifts- 8-4pm, 12-8pmAdvantages

- Hours of work between 8am and 4pm (may be required to work until 8pm if required by business needs)

- Take and make calls in a tactful and professional manner
- Assist clients with their submitted claims
- Process and verify claims - you\'ll need to follow the guidelines
- Expedite emergency claims and situations whenever prudent
- Math will be required
- Assist other departments as necessary to ensure a great customer experienceQualifications
- Bilingualism in French and English
- Must have previous customer service experience (call centre strongly preferred)
- Completion of post-secondary education or equivalent work experience
- Knowledge of real estate, mortgages, legal, or banking would be an asset
- Experience processing claims would be strongly preferred
- High attention to detail and ability to maintain professionalism under pressure
- Must be eligible to obtain a government security clearanceSummary
