Position Overview

We are looking for a Bilingual Test Associate?for the

Mobile Quality Lab in Samsung Electronics Canada.

Mobile Quality Lab in Samsung Electronics Canada is responsible for ensuring the quality of all mobile and AI-enabled products launched in the Canadian market.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Perform manual application testing in Quebecois French Conduct manual transcription of Quebecois French audio for evaluation purposes. Document recurring errors and provide clear feedback to improve model performance. Work under tight deadlines with strong attention to detail and consistency.

Requirements

Education:

Education in French:

Completed high school, CEGEP, college, or university in French within Quebec or another francophone region. French immersion background: Candidates who attended French immersion schools in Ontario or other provinces may be considered if they demonstrate strong Quebec French fluency and cultural familiarity.

Knowledge:

Professional-level reading, writing, and speaking skills in

English and Quebecois French

.

Familiarity with mobile platforms (Android, iOS).

Basic proficiency with productivity tools (Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets).

Understanding of speech, translation, or linguistic quality assessment is an asset.

Experience:

Prior work in language testing, translation, transcription, or QA is preferred but not required.

Experience with ASR, TTS, or NMT technologies is nice-to-have.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35.00-$40.00 per hour
