Le/La Gestionnaire adjoint(e) bilingue apportera son soutien et assurera la coordination des Programmes de Soutien aux Patients (PSP) et travaillera avec les gestionnaires des operations PSP pour livrer les programmes selon les attentes, les delais et les demandes definis. Ce role de soutien cle comprend diverses taches telles que : creation de rapports, recherches, formation et developpement, traduction, communication et autres responsabilites pour assurer la livraison du programme. Veuillez noter qu'il s'agit d'un contrat d'un an avec possibilite de prolongation.



Responsabilites


Assister le/la gestionnaire des operations PSP dans la coordination des activites du programme. Veiller a ce que tous les rapports d'evenements indesirables (EI), les rapprochements, les formations obligatoires, les rapports de securite, etc., soient respectes selon les indicateurs de performance (KPIs). Fournir un soutien pour repondre aux courriels concernant les demandes liees au programme. Aider a effectuer des taches telles que les controles de qualite, la generation de rapports, la recherche et le developpement de formations. Aider la direction a resoudre les problemes lies au programme. Communiquer avec la direction sur les questions administratives liees aux programmes. Aider a la preparation et a la coordination de la documentation en reponse aux rapports, retours et observations planifies ou non, afin de tenir la direction informee de l'avancement du programme. Rechercher et proposer constamment des idees d'amelioration continue et d'optimisation des performances des programmes, tant sur le plan fonctionnel que technique. Identifier des opportunites pour ameliorer l'efficacite, la productivite, la rentabilite et la performance des programmes. Collecter les donnees necessaires pour soutenir les cas de remboursement et s'assurer que toutes les options de remboursement public/prive sont explorees. Coordonner efficacement avec les cliniques, les assureurs et les clients, et creer/faire remonter les appels de cas aux sources appropriees. Deleguer des taches lorsque cela est approprie. Fournir aux patients des informations generales sur le produit au moment de l'inscription. Accomplir d'autres taches selon les besoins.

Qualifications




Bilinguisme anglais et francais (oral et ecrit).Excellentes competences en communication (orale et ecrite). Diplome de premier ou deuxieme cycle dans un programme scientifique, avec experience pertinente. Designation en soins infirmiers est un atout. Minimum d'un an d'experience dans l'industrie pharmaceutique ou des soins de sante, travaillant avec des Programmes de Soutien aux Patients. Comprehension des processus de recherche et developpement pour les produits pharmaceutiques et les dispositifs medicaux. Experience en service a la clientele. Experience dans la liaison avec les clients et diverses equipes fonctionnelles. Competences superieures en resolution de problemes. Maitrise des systemes informatises, d'Internet, des applications Microsoft Office et des tableurs electroniques requise.

Position Overview





The Bilingual Assistant Manager will provide support and coordination for Patient Support Programs (PSPs) and work with the PSP Operations Managers to deliver programs to meet defined expectations, deadlines and requests. This is a key supportive role and includes various tasks such as: reporting, research, training & development, translation, communication and various other responsibilities to ensure program delivery. Please note that this is a one-year contract with possibility of extension.

Responsibilities




Assisting the PSP Operations Manager in coordinating program activities. Ensuring all AE reporting, reconciliation, mandatory training, safety reporting, etc, are observed according to KPI. Providing support in answering emails regarding program inquiries. Assisting in performing such tasks such as quality control checks, report generation, research and training development. Assisting management in resolving program related issues. Communicating with management on administrative matters related to the programs. Assisting in the preparation and coordination of documentation in response to scheduled and unscheduled reports, returns and observations to update management of program progress. Constantly seeking out and presenting ideas around continuous improvement and optimizing performance across the programs, functionally and technically. Identifying opportunities to continuously drive efficiencies to increase productivity and progress, increase profitability, and increase program efficiency. Collecting necessary data to support reimbursement cases and ensuring that all avenues to obtain public/private reimbursement are explored. Effectively coordinating with clinics, insurers and clients, and creating and escalating case appeals to appropriate sources. Delegate tasks when appropriate. Providing patients with initial high-level product information at the time of enrolment. Fulfil other duties as required.

Qualifications




English and French bilingualism (oral and written). Excellent communication skills. Undergraduate or graduate degree in a Science based program, with relative experience. Nursing designation is an asset. Minimum of 1 year of experience in the Pharmaceutical or Health Care organization industries working with Patient Support Programs. Understanding of research and development processes for Pharmaceutical products and medical devices. Experience in customer service. Problem Solving expertise. Experience liaising with clients and various cross functional teams. * Proficiency using computerized information systems, internet, Microsoft Office applications, and electronic spreadsheets is required.
