Responsibilities

Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations and maintaining store standards. Drive sales by actively engaging with customers and promoting products. Train, develop, and motivate team members to achieve individual and store goals. Manage inventory levels, including ordering and restocking merchandise as needed. Ensure a clean, organized, and visually appealing store layout. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction. Monitor employee performance and provide constructive feedback to enhance team productivity. Collaborate with management to implement promotional strategies and marketing initiatives.

Skills

Proven ability to sell products effectively while providing excellent customer service. Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a busy retail environment. Experience as a clerk or in retail management is preferred. Excellent organizational skills to maintain inventory and store presentation standards. Effective communication skills to interact with customers and team members clearly and professionally. Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customer bases. Experience in training development to foster team growth and performance improvement.
